Procurement Officer

Main Tasks include: 

  1. Follow up on supplier registration and ensure completion of pre-qualification processes.
  2. Manage and track all Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requests, including follow-up on payment processing.
  3. Coordinate Local Purchase Order (LPO) requests and maintain active follow-up with vendors to ensure timely supply
  4. Handle  supplies for warehouse stock items.
  5. Maintain organized filing of procurement and inventory documents for audit and compliance purposes.
  6. Review and analyze supplier bids, ensuring alignment with project and budgetary requirements.

  1. Knowledge of the procurement process
  2. Negotiation skills
  3. Vendor sourcing skills
  4. Good communication skills
  5. Attention to detail.

QUALIFICATIONS

  1. Education Background;- B.SC   Procurement  or related field supply chain role.
  2. Years Of Experience; – Minium of 2-3 yrs of experiences, preferably in oil and Gas related field.
  3. IT Knowledge;- Microsoft 365, Internet skills.
