Key Account Representative

Job Summary: 

The Key Account Representative’s main role is to act as the key interface between the customers and all
relevant divisions of the company identify needs and requirements and enhance relations. In addition, he
should promote the company’s solutions and achieve mutual satisfaction in contribution of sustaining the business.

Main Tasks include: 

  1. Coordinate and track effectively all activities occurring for each account assigned, starting from lead identification and tender generation up till final payment and cycle closure. 
  2. Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of assigned clients and acquire a thorough understanding of their business, goals, needs and requirements and accordingly propose solutions that meet their objectives to ensure they do not turn to competition.
  3. Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships. Liaise, coordinate, and effectively establish business relationships with other inter-company departments (logistics, contracts and procurement, maintenance, engineering, projects, finance and accounting, services, and procurement, etc.) to facilitate workflow process, achieve company’s objectives and help in developing customer organizational structure per department.      
  4. Promote the company as a solution provider and spread awareness of our product offerings, advantage over competition and our after-sales support services to help increase market share
  5. Arrange frequent and upon need visits to each customer to follow up on business and enhance relations. 

Job Specification: 

Professional experience and requirements:  

  1. Experience in engineering service includes but is not limited to rotating equipment, (pumps, compressor, turbine, and gearboxes, Valves and actuators )
  2. Effective communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels 
  3. Multi-tasking, prioritizing and time management skills 
  4. Problem solving and negotiation skills  
  5. Team player and good work ethics 

QUALIFICATIONS

  1. Education Background;- B.SC Mechanical/Electrical/Chemical Engineering or related field 
  2. Certification Required;- Nil
  3. Years Of Experience; – Minium of 3 -5 yrs of sales experiences, preferably in oil and Gas related field. 
  4. IT Knowledge;- Microsoft 365, Internet skills.
