Main Tasks include:
- Receive, record and respond to staff complaints or maintenance requests, coordinating and updating work orders.
- Conduct periodic inspections and preventive maintenance of all company facilities and accommodation
- Plan, budget, and execute maintenance and repair works ensuring cost effectiveness, quality and timely completion.
- Oversee contractors, maintenance teams, build strong relationships with service providers.
- Ensure compliance with safety and company policies while driving continuous improvement in service delivery
- Technical knowledge of building materials and systems (Plumbing, electrical, HVAC etc)
Job Specification:
Educational background:
- Education Background;- B.SC Facilities Management/ Estate Management
- Years Of Experience; – 5 years experience in facility management
- IT Knowledge;- Microsoft 365, Internet skills.

- Attention to details..
- Knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, security, fire safety).
