Main Tasks include:
- Follow up on supplier registration and ensure completion of pre-qualification processes.
- Manage and track all Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requests, including follow-up on payment processing.
- Coordinate Local Purchase Order (LPO) requests and maintain active follow-up with vendors to ensure timely supply
- Handle supplies for warehouse stock items.
- Maintain organized filing of procurement and inventory documents for audit and compliance purposes.
- Review and analyze supplier bids, ensuring alignment with project and budgetary requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Education Background;- B.SC Procurement or related field supply chain role.
- Years Of Experience; – Minium of 2-3 yrs of experiences, preferably in oil and Gas related field.
- IT Knowledge;- Microsoft 365, Internet skills.
