Main Tasks include:
- Coordinate and track effectively all activities occurring for each account assigned, starting from lead identification and tender generation up till final payment and cycle closure.
- Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of assigned clients and acquire a thorough understanding of their business, goals, needs and requirements and accordingly propose solutions that meet/exceed their objectives and expectations.
- Keep abreast of client production rates, investments and divestments, and other activities, news, and projects to build an opportunity pipeline, identify new areas of interest and generate new business.
- Ensure continuous customer satisfaction through meeting or exceeding customer expectations on critical performance criteria (OTD, RT, HSE, Quality etc).
- Arrange frequent customer engagement meetings to follow up on business and enhance relations.
- Prepare regular progress reports to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.
- Map our product population in each of the customers’ facilities and conduct surveys covering customer warehouses and facilities.
- Play an integral part in generating new sales and develop long-lasting relationships. Liaise, coordinate, and effectively establish business relationships with other inter-company departments (logistics, contracts and procurement, maintenance, engineering, projects, finance and accounting, services, etc.) to facilitate the workflow process, achieve company’s objectives and help in developing customer organizational structure per department.

QUALIFICATIONS
- BSc/BTech Engineering
- Certification in CRM/ERP software is a plus
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in a related field / industry.
- Proficiency in MS Office, MS 365. Knowledge in MS Dynamics is a plus
- Experience and knowledge in any of the following products is a plus
- Rotating Equipment (pumps, compressor, turbine, and gearboxes).
- Valves and actuator
- Gas Detectors
- Hydraulic & Air filtration system
The job requires frequent travelling within the country.
